Brandy Neely, founder of Pack Ops.

Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Brandy. 🐾

Founder of Pack Ops and, admittedly, completely obsessed with dogs.

Dogs have always been a huge part of my life. I’ve had six of my own over the years, and I even ran a doggy daycare with around 30 dogs.

That experience taught me just how much work happens behind the scenes when you’re caring for other people’s pets. The dogs might be the best part of the job, but there are still schedules to manage, appointments to organize, clients to keep updated, details to remember and a never-ending list of little administrative tasks.

Looking back, having something like Pack Ops would have made a huge difference.

That experience is a big part of why I created Pack Ops: to give dog-business owners the kind of help I wish I’d had — one place to help manage the busywork, stay organized and give them more time for the reason they started their business in the first place: the dogs.

Pack Ops is starting right here in Kelowna, BC, working alongside local dog businesses through our Founding Pilot and building the platform around what they actually need.

You take care of the dogs. Pack Ops takes care of the busywork.
